Kitchen backsplashes, full bathrooms, large-format porcelain, mosaics, shower pans, waterproofing. Grout lines you can sight down a hallway.

FRAMING + DRYWALL
Interior partitions, soffits, bulkheads. Hang, tape, mud, sand to a Level 5 finish where it counts. Patches that disappear under primer.

FINISH CARPENTRY
Baseboards, casing, crown, wainscot, doors, closet build-outs, trim repairs. Tight miters, scribed corners, no caulk hiding bad cuts.

INTERIOR DEMOLITION
Selective demo for remodels and turnovers: walls, flooring, cabinets, fixtures. Plastic up, dust contained, dumpster staged, hauled off.

BATH + KITCHEN REFRESH
Mid-scope remodels without GC markup. Tile, vanities, lighting, fixtures, paint. One crew, start to finish, no chasing subs.

TOUCH-UPS + HANDYMAN
Drywall patches, paint touch-ups, door realignments, popcorn ceiling removal, accent walls. The punch list the last guy left behind.
