• Single room flooring: 2–4 days
• Full unit turnover: 5–10 days
• Bathroom refresh: 7–14 days

Yes. Luis Ayala is on every job site. Not in an office, not managing from a truck. He runs the crew, manages the scope, and is your single point of contact from walk-through to punch list.

No. We specialize in interior construction only: flooring, tile, drywall, framing, finish carpentry, demolition, and turnovers. Keeping our scope tight means the quality stays high.

Yes. Apex Construxive is fully licensed and insured to operate in the State of Michigan. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage.

Payment terms depend on scope. Smaller jobs are typically due on completion. Larger projects may involve a deposit + milestone payments. Property managers with standing rates get monthly invoicing. We'll outline terms clearly in the quote.
